Dr. Chenchen Liu is an Assistant Professor at the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Under the supervision of Professor Hai (Helen) Li, she received a Ph.D. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. She received an M.S. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Peking University, China, in 2013.
Dr. Chenchen Liu’s primary research interests center on high-performance computing for a broad area of Artificial Intelligence in the field of reconfigurable systems, novel computer architecture and hardware design, deep learning and its security. She has published more than 50 papers in the top international conferences and journals and received many best paper nominations and other awards. She also stays in close cooperation with academic society (such as Duke, PITT, Syracuse, GMU, etc.) and also industries, such as the research labs of HP, Microsoft, IBM, etc.
